About the event
Through a six-week program as a small group, we will be learning the technique and practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork. Working individually and as a group towards self acceptance, connection and harmony.
This specific breathwork involves deliberate and controlled breathing to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
We breathe in a circular & continuous pattern meaning there are no pauses between the inhalation and exhalation.
This continuous flow of breath deeply connects us to our inner selves and landscape.
Why do we practice this technique?
- Conscious Breathing: Staying present to each and every breath.
- Awareness: observing the breath and any thoughts, sensations, or emotions that arise without judgment.
- Release of Tension: Many people practice this technique as a way to release physical and emotional tension. The technique can help relax the body and potentially release stored emotions.
- Emotional Processing: Some find this technique explores and processes deep-seated emotions or trauma. The sessions create a supportive environment for confronting and working through unresolved emotional issues.
- Energy Flow: we can enhance the flow of life energy (prana or chi) throughout the body.
- Spiritual Exploration: For some, conscious connected breathwork is a spiritual practice that can lead to altered states of consciousness or experiences of transcendence. It may be used as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth.
This journey will be an incredible opportunity for self discovery with a contained group, held in compassion, courage & connection & and I am looking forward to facilitate this journey with you.
